Morgan Marine is delighted to launch the first GRP 1 hour fire rated LPCB Fire Safety Enclosure
The company has a well-established reputation for leading the field in Research and Development within the industry and this latest product heads a long line of firsts for the company.
They will also unveil the Herculouvre SR2 and SR3 fully-louvred doors at this year’s event.
These include the first one and two-hour fire rated fire safety enclosures tested independently under load bearing circumstances and also the first in the world to successfully put a GRP construction through the vigorous LPCB physical security testing.
Sue Paton, Morgan Marine’s Sales and Commercial Director, said of the innovation: “We are keenly aware that the security needs of our clients across the utilities, rail, construction and nuclear sectors are always evolving, so our minds are focused upon developing the most robust security products to meet these shifting needs.
“As part of this ongoing programme we have also launched new LPCB single and multi leaf access covers to our range in recent months.
“The new Trojan LPCB SR3 and 4 single and multi leaf access covers are particularly valuable to clients in the water sectors by helping to secure chambers – whether these are dry or wet wells, access to valves, or chemical fill points.
“Of course, for water utilities companies, their equipment isn’t just housed in buildings, kiosks and housings, but it extends to pipework, wells and chambers, all of which need to be protected so they don’t become the soft underbelly for potential intruders or attackers.
“These covers are particularly useful in this regard and we engineered and manufactured them in direct response to requests from our clients.
“Morgan Marine strives to stay at the forefront of its industry and continues to lead the way. We are the only company to offer clients a choice of build materials for their LPCB enclosures and we have plans to add to and improve our ever-growing portfolio of LPCB accredited security products.
“Our Titan range of security enclosures were the first GRP enclosures tested and certified to LPS1175 issue 7, which demonstrates our forward thinking approach.
The firm, which boasts more than 50 years in business, will be at stand F71 at SCTX17, offering one of the most comprehensive range of LPCB security rated products in the market place.
