We are a well-established coach builder and specialist vehicle convertor based Thurmaston, Leicester, in the East Midlands, providing a wide range of high quality, cost effective vehicle solutions to both the public, not for profit and private industry sectors throughout the UK and Ireland.
From fleet builds through to complex individual bespoke builds, we have gained a reputation as a reliable coach builder and commence all projects with 3D CAD models (which we can animate and render as required). Thus ensuring our design and engineering proposals meet with our clients’ approval prior to
the commencement of manufacturing.
We have ISO 9001 Certification which gives comfort to all those working with us for the first time.
We also undertake work for clients who for various reasons require confidentiality and secure means of communication, We have Cyber Secure Certification which provides assurances of security.
From an agreed design all manufacturing is undertaken within our own factory using our own skilled labour to complete all aspects of a new build or vehicle conversion. Once completed all vehicles and trailers are subject to independent Individual Vehicle Approval (IVA) for Certification.
We are an experienced coach builder team with considerable in-house expertise which allow us to provide a flawless end-to-end service, from design and development through to after sales support. Whilst we enjoy a very good reputation for our fleet building ability we do relish the challenge of individual bespoke projects.
So the more unusual the project, and more demanding the specification, the more we can fully employ all of our skills.
And what’s more we can provide a complete one stop service right up to final painting and vehicle graphics.
Bespoke Solutions
Many of our clients require bespoke vehicle solutions. There are times when a standard solution or a ready-made build will not meet your requirements. The “off the shelf” standard solution is simply not going to do the job. If not, then we believe we will be able to help.
In addition to our fleet builds we pride ourselves on our creative approach to a problem, and we give each and every project, be it for a single vehicle or a fleet, the same attention and effort. In fact we’re a manufacturing operation that enjoys the challenge of a challenging project where we can provide a bespoke vehicle solution.

Services
We provide a wide range of support under our MVTech services banner, even though first and foremost we think of ourselves as engineers, vehicle body builders, with manufacturing in our blood. Our whole team gets a thrill from creating our vehicles, trailers and van conversions. Seeing something evolve, day to day, from a pallet of parts to a finished vehicle gleaming in the sunlight and ready for collection. An even greater thrill to see them out on the road, performing as planned, and providing our clients with a return on their investment.
That said the actual manufacture and production of new vehicles and trailers is not all that we do and not all that we are so proud of. We pride ourselves on providing our clients with a true one stop, one shop situation where in addition to manufacturing we provide a range of support services via our MVTech Services Team, along with ongoing support and assistance even after the vehicle (or trailer) has left us.
